Home Learning is given out each half term at Smallberry Green and is linked to the curriculum areas that the children are working on. Children will have a choice of nine different tasks to complete over the half term and these are celebrated in class on Friday each week. At the end of each half term, an exhibition is held so that parents can marvel at all the hard work that has gone on!

Year 5 and Year 6 will be given English and Maths home learning weekly.

Spellings

Children in Years 1 to 6 will be given a set of spellings to take home and learn each half term. A selection of these spellings will be practiced and used during English lessons and in other curriculum subjects during the week to help the children to be able to spell them and use them in context.
